but it hasn’t been happening. Despite having the best of intentions,
it’s been difficult to follow through and you’re struggling to find the
time to fit it in.

As a Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist and mom of two,
I will help you to stay accountable, find a realistic way to make
exercise work with your schedule, and to help you feel more
like yourself in the throws of parenting.

1:1 Fitness Coaching Includes:
Access to a premium client-coach relationships through consistent communication, custom programming and personal accountability.
Initial Assessment
An initial 30min video assessment to see how your body is currently moving, address any symptoms and gain a better understanding of your fitness goals.
Live Online Coaching
Two 30min private coaching sessions monthly to review exercise technique, discuss current life challenges and progress your plan accordingly.

Personalized Plan
A personalized, progressive strength focused workout plan designed SPECIFICALLY for you wherever you're at in any stage of pregnancy, postpartum or parenthood.
Accountabiltiy
That gentle accountability knowing that your coach is going to check in on you to see if you’ve completed your weekly workouts and offer extra support when you need it.
App Access
Workouts delivered to you via my FREE app called True Coach. You'll see the prescribed exercises, video demos and have access to direct messaging to
ask any questions.

I’m a mom, Fitness Coach and Clinical Exercise Physiologist specializing in prenatal and postnatal exercise.
I cannot wait to guide you towards your health and fitness goals.
Supporting women to move their body throughout pregnancy and helping them restore their STRENGTH and CONFIDENCE
postpartum through exercise has transformed my life.
When it comes to exercising during pregnancy, postpartum and into
the early years of parenthood, the information out there is confusing. There is so much pressure out there to “get your body back” or
erase any evidence of ever being pregnant in the first place.
It can feel so overwhelming and unachievable.
I've experienced firsthand what it feels like to slowly add exercise back into my routine after both of my boys were born - it’s humbling and frustrating. This is where I’ve learned that, when it comes to movement, the first step begins with a shift in your MINDSET.
And more than anything else, I want to share that with YOU!

After I apply, what's next?

I will review your application to ensure we are a great fit and that your goals and challenges align with my coaching philosophies.

Within 24 hours you will receive communication from me that your application has been accepted OR a request to further discuss your current needs. We will also set up a 15min Discovery Session call to "meet" and discuss any questions and make sure we are a match!

Once your acceptance is confirmed, I will send payment details, a coaching contract and intake forms. Your spot is not confirmed until payment is complete.

We will book a 60min online initial consultation to go through a movement assessment and further dive into any concerns/questions you may have about your program!

How long are the workouts?Workout lengths are varied - whatever length of time you need them to be to get them done and get on with your day.

What happens if I miss a day?If you miss a scheduled workout - because we all know that sometimes life with little ones is unpredictable - you can reschedule it for another day in the week. Or we don’t worry about it and move forward to the next one.

What if my baby or small humans interrupt me during workouts?I 100% guarantee this WILL happen! Most workouts are super flexible because you’re doing them on your own time. If you need to take a break mid-workout to feed/change/soothe your baby or handle all the snack requests, just jump back in where you left off.

What do we do during our virtual coaching sessions?APPLICABLE TO VIP OPTION ONLY Whatever we want! Virtual coaching sessions can be used as a training session to run you through your workout with a little extra encouragement, or used to review exercises that might be causing symptoms (like pain, leaking or feelings of heaviness) and form that you might be struggling with. They can also be used as a coaching session to talk through mental challenges of exercising as a parent.

What equipment will I need?We keep things simple. You’ll need light to medium dumbbells - usually between 5-25lbs - and a few resistances of mini-bands or hip circles for the strength workouts. If you have any equipment questions we can definitely chat to make sure you're set up for success!

I have diastasis recti or pelvic organ prolapse - can I still workout with a coach?YES! As a Certified Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Specialist I can help you navigate exercise with diastasis recti or pelvic organ prolapse. Modifications will be provided for all fitness levels to manage any symptoms of leaking, bulging or coning. I have many tricks up my sleeve to help as a person who has a prolapse!

I'm currently pregnant. Can I still participate?As a Certified Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Specialist I can help you navigate exercise during pregnancy and provide a modification based on your current trimester as needed through 1:1 Custom Online Coaching.

Is there any time commitment I must be enrolled for?The commitment is 6 months long - July 2 - December 31, 2024. Think of this as a commitment to YOURSELF for the Summer. Changes in strength and endurance take time and so does building a habit of strength training into your life.
