Each pregnancy is different and each trimester brings on a new set of joys and challenges. Your body will go through an incredible amount of physical, hormonal and emotional change during pregnancy that require different exercises, intensities and recovery.
You'll receive effective programming for each trimester with a focus on movement confidence as your body changes and grows with baby, and prepare your body for labour, delivery and postpartum recovery.
