Food is meant to be fuel for our bodies. To provide the nutrients our body needs to function, heal, recover and survive. To allow us to do the things we love, maintain our health and immune system and nourish our mind.

The nutrition system I coach with encompasses ALL of this. It balances macronutrients - which in turn balances blood sugar, hormones and metabolism. It allows for substitutions for the things we love like wine, salty snack for sweet indulgences. And above all, it's SIMPLE! No calorie counting. No weighing your food. No unhealthy restrictions.

I joined this [virtual] challenge group 2 months ago, and I'll be honest I wasn't fully sure what to expect from it. But since joining I have really been able to help myself focus on the goals I would like to achieve. My favorite part is how honest you can be about what you are doing and what you are struggling with. In the past I have always struggled with being consistent with my workouts, and eating habits. But with this group I always have the support of my coach and fellow members, to help push me forward and challenge me to get me where I want to go. I am super proud of what I have accomplished these couple months, and am so excited for where this will take me.
