As a Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist
and mom of two with 20+ years of running experience,
I will help you to stay accountable, find a realistic way to make
running work with your schedule, and to help you feel more
like yourself in the throws of parenting.

Bi-Weekly Emails
Bi-weekly emails with running tips and motivation - including form cues, fuelling ideas and finding the right run gear
for YOU.

Optional Live Online Coaching
Two 30min private coaching sessions (1 per month) to review exercise technique, discuss current life challenges and progress your plan accordingly.

postpartum through exercise has transformed my life.

erase any evidence of ever being pregnant in the first place.

Workouts will be loaded starting July 3. You will have access to workouts a few days prior so you can plan out your week.
